We offer exchanges or a store credit (excluding postage fees) on all orders should you change your mind. Store credits are valid for a 12 month period. Please note: we do not issue refunds for change of mind.
Please note: We do not accept returns when items have been worn or damaged after purchase, nor do we accept returns on customised or bespoke items.

Photographic evidence of the fault along with a brief description
On assessment a full refund will be issued. Please note: Elassaad is designed to have a distressed, worn look. The jewellery will naturally age, meaning the colour may darken over time.
