All orders are carefully packaged to protect the quality and integrity of your purchase. Orders are shipped via DHL or local postal services, depending on the destination.

For orders shipped outside of Europe, the shipping cost displayed at checkout does not include any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on the shipment, all of which are the customer’s responsibility. ELASSAAD is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments.

All orders are subject to production and fulfillment lead times before shipment. The estimated shipping time for each piece will be specified in your order summary at checkout. Lead times are calculated from the next business day after your order is placed. Please note, lead times are estimates and may vary depending on the item.

We offer both “made to order” and “in stock” pieces:

• Made to order items are custom created and typically ship within 6 to 8 weeks, or as specified at checkout.
• In stock items ship within 1-7 business days.
